You do not need the data pack to be useful here — an informed assumption, clearly labelled as an assumption, is worth more to us than a blank. Every answer is stored against your email so we can come back to you with the follow-up, and every assumption is carried into the model's versioned register with your name on it rather than being silently absorbed. Partial submissions are fine, and you can return and submit again — the latest entry per person wins.
